About Me
Welcome To A Little Therapy
Psychology Services with Heart
As a solo psychologist, my approach is grounded in the understanding that every small step towards self-awareness can spark significant personal growth. Having navigated my own journey of self-discovery and healing, I understand the courage it takes to seek help and the profound impact of compassionate support.

I am dedicated to creating a nurturing and empathetic space where you feel empowered to delve into your experiences and build resilience. My own experiences have taught me that healing is not a linear path but a deeply personal and unique process. This understanding shapes my commitment to support you in discovering your inner strength and fostering a sense of well-being that is both profound and enduring.
By prioritising self-compassion, I help individuals navigate their journeys with kindness and understanding. I believe in the power of small steps and the importance of celebrating each milestone along the way. Together, we will work towards your goals, and honouring your pace.
My Story
I am a Medicare-registered psychologist with over 10 years of experience in providing therapeutic support to individuals navigating a variety of mental health challenges. My professional journey has taken me through diverse settings, including the out-of-home care sector, private practice, and direct work with individuals on the autism spectrum. This breadth of experience has enriched my approach, deepening my understanding of complex mental health needs.
My areas of interest and expertise include supporting clients experiencing depression, anxiety, complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), personality disorders, neurodivergence, adjustment to chronic illness, and stress management. I am particularly drawn to trauma-informed care and have trained in Level 1 Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I find effective for trauma-related conditions.
In my practice, I utilise a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.
I see clients aged 12 and over and am dedicated to providing accessible care through telehealth sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, allowing clients the flexibility of receiving support from the comfort of their own homes. With sufficient notice, I am also available to arrange sessions on other days to accommodate clients’ schedules.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward mental well-being
